They developed these modules with support from the Weaving Together Science with Common Core Mathematics and Literacy grant (ADHE No Child Left Behind: Improving Teacher Quality: P-16 Education Partnerships). Teachers from Blytheville, Nettleton, Mountain Home, Piggott, Paragould, Swifton, South Mississippi County school districts and Ridgefield Christian Academy are participating in the grant.

Brenda Miller’s 5th grade students at Fox Meadow Intermediate School design a roller coaster to help them understand energy, force, and motion, right
